Honorable Retort is an interesting mix. He gets a lot of shield benefits and nifty shield powers, good counter attacking traits and abilities, auras and maneuevers to boost party effectiveness as well as to safeguard them, AND the ability to make the party into bounty hunters with the mercy aura. Honestly I have no idea how well it can be balanced with such a wide array of abilities so I hope to see it in action someday.
