You can use weapons sized for the “big folk”.

Prerequisite: Halfling or Gnome, base attack +1.
Benefit: You can use weapons you are proficient with that are sized for Medium creatures with no penalties. The category for the weapon (light, one-handed, etc.) also does not change.
Normal: You suffer a -2 penalty to attack for using an inappropriate-sized weapon, and the effort needed increases by one step.
