House Rules
During Character creation players will get to select an Occupation Package. Each OP gives a set of skills and abilities that are typical of a given archetype. You can find a list of OP’s on each Epoch’s page.
Heavy Weapon and Heavy Armor rules have been altered slightly. Heavy Weapons and Heavy Armors interact normally with each other. Heavy Armors have double their normal rating versus normal weapons, and when heavy weapons are used against normally or non-armored targets, they do double damage.
All Arcane abilities in the Midnight and Dawn (spells, super powers, psionics, etc) are assumed to provide HW and HA effects. In other words, any spell or ability which normally does damage is assumed to be a Heavy Weapon and any Armor provided by an arcane ability is assumed to be Heavy Armor. In a magic-rich world like post-Shattering Earth, will-workers and psychics alike can tap into immense amounts of power and use abilities far beyond the ken of normal humans.
