Background

The most irradiated area in the NTR due to it’s numerous military installations, it is now home to ghouls and mutants whom use pre-war technology, especially tanks situated as barely mobile howitzers. Entering without tons of Rad-X, Radaway, and a Radiation suit is highly inadvisible.

While it is technically part of the NTR, it operates largely separately and without interference from New Austin.
