The Five Fold Way is a monastic order dedicated to the god Irori. Legends claim that he was once a mortal who achieved absolute physical and mental perfection and thus attained divinity of his own volition. The followers of the Five Fold Way seek to literally follow in Irori’s footsteps and reach perfect enlightenment. While the majority of the Order are Monks, there are a small number of warriors and clerics in the Order as well.

The Order follows the Five Tenents of Irori’s teachings:

• Enlightenment
• Self-perfection
• Knowledge
• Healing
• Inner Strength

As part of the Orders teachings, at 5th, 10th, 15th and 19th levels, the Brother (or Sister) must be tested in order to proceed any further down the path of enlightenment. This must be accomplished by another member of the Order either directly challenging the Brother or by a higher level member of the Order giving instructions on the particular test that needs to be passed. These tests can be anything from fasting for 10 days, meditation for a week, winning a challenge from another Brother, or many other tests.
