The Crossroads

At the center of the Crossroads stands the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument, erected in 1901. It stands on the spot of the Governer’s Mansion that was demolished in 1857. Rumour has it that the spot holds many secrets, especially of the Autumn Court, who ran the city of Indianapolis for decades until the Spring Court took control of the city in the early 1990s.
