Session One Recap
A Street Kid, a Rich Kid, a Irish Guy, and a Biker walk into a warehouse...

We had our first session Sunday and unfortunately it was a touch short. We’ve started running a podcast prior to gaming so our session times have got cut a bit shorter. Top that off with a couple guys who still had to stat our their characters and a lack of sense about how this game is going to work, and you end up with a fairly dull recap.
The Setup
Allejandro Vasquez
Jorge Rubin has talked you into going down to a local warehouse, rumor has it that the son of a big shot mafioso will be there tonight and Jorge Rubin wants to propose an alliance with him. After a few days of relentless nagging, you’ve finally caved in and agreed to go to this old abandoned warehouse. Concerned about crashing a deal in progess, Jorge Rubin has insisted on staying back with his car to secure a swift retreat if needed. As added security, Jorge Rubin also insisted you take his piece with you. You moved around to the front of the warehouse and planned on talking to this mafia kid when he comes out of the warehouse. Then gunfire erupted inside, from around the corner you heard the squeal of tires and a second later Jorge Rubin was pulling up next to you. Jorge Rubin insisted on running but you wanted to see what happened inside, someone could be hurt after all. You slipped into the warehouse and were spotted almost immediately. A hail of bullets flew in your direction and you narrowly dodge behind some crates. Trapped inside this warehouse and pinned down by gunfire, you glance up to see Lex Juliano, and Eric Nelson all hiding behind the same stack of crates. A second of uneasy silence passes then a fourth man sneaks around the crates and you come face to face with William Rhodius.
Eric Nelson
A couple days ago you noticed a car parked outside of an old abandoned warehouse in your neighborhood. Thinking it odd, you called Frank Masters and the two of you started keeping tabs on the building. After seeing a few cars stop by, then leave you grew concurred about what might be going on in your neighborhood. You and Frank Masters set up a surveillance plan and over the next few nights, either you or Frank Masters would camp out inside the warehouse to try to overhear what was going on. It was your night on duty and you had just arrived at the warehouse. It had been a long day at the docks and shortly after you took up your normal hiding place behind a stack of crates you nodded off. Moments later you were awoken by gunshots. Scrambling you pulled out your cell phone and sent a text message to Frank Masters. He responded moments later saying he was down in Homestead checking on one of his sites and couldn’t make it back to town for at least a few hours. You were just trying to decide what to do when Lex Juliano came diving behind your cover. You met eyes with them for only a moment before you glanced behind you to see Allejandro Vasquez come scrambling into your hiding spot as well followed shortly by William Rhodius who’s made a more stealthy approach.
Lex Juliano
Antonio Juliano called you into his bed room one day. Struggling to talk, he managed to relay a story about your family history. Back in the early 1900’s, one of your ancestors ran a small barbershop as a cover for the real family business. This guy was a real hard ass and his preferred means of dispatch was by slitting someone throat with a straight razor. Now, when it was time for him to retire he passed on his favorite razor to his son, in turn his son gave it to his son and it became tradition for this razor to be passed from father to son when it was time to take over the family business. Antonio Juliano had kept it locked up at a local safe house and three months ago that house was compromised and ransacked. Antonio Juliano’s been trying to track down the razor and has finally got a lead on it. Antonio Juliano doesn’t know who’s selling it but his source said the deal is going down at an old abandoned warehouse in a few days. Antonio Juliano wants you to go retrieve this heirloom so the tradition can be continued before he dies. Two days later, you headed down to the warehouse. Taking a taxi to the warehouse, you slipped in early and were lying in wait for the deal to start. Eventually, you saw a man walk into the warehouse and look around for a bit before moving next to a support pillar to lean against. A few minutes later,he produced a small box from his jacket and started fidgiting with it. You took the initiative and jumped out, gun in hand, demanding the box for yourself. Its to bad that you weren’t the only person lying in wait and your demands came seconds to late. A group of people clad in all black slid down from the rafters on a zip line, shot the man in the head and took the book before they opened fire on you. You dove behind some nearby crates and quickly pulled yourself off the floor into a crouch, and noticed Eric Nelson already hiding behind the crates. Seconds later, Allejandro Vasquez comes diving behind your crates as well following by William Rhodius who slips around from one of the sides.
William Rhodius
For months now, Jeremy Barzane has been trying to get you to look at buying an old warehouse that the Iron Horses could turn into a garage/workshop. He’s found the perfect one too, its just north of town near the ocean. Its cheap too, since it still has a bunch of old crates and machinery the owner would have to dispose of. You finally agreed to go check it out and Jeremy Barzane made you promise you would go by the end of the week. Well, it was a pretty crazy week. James Rhodius got picked up by the cops on Monday, Azazel Erin needed backup at another bar on Wednesday, and you get the idea. Its Friday night and you know that if you don’t go check out the warehouse tonight then Jeremy Barzane is going to raise hell tomorrow. Of course, since you have plans, the bar is PACKED Friday night. You end up having to stay late since, surprise, James Rhodius was late for his shift again. Then when you were on your way out the door a fight broke out and you decided to stay and put an end to that before they broke your pool table again. You manage to get out of the bar just as the sun is setting and you go hop on your bike. Fingers crossed, you gun it and are treated to a cloud of black smoke before the engine dies. You head over to the subway terminal the whole ride up to the warehouse you’ve got a feeling its just one of those nights. As you walk into the parking lot of the warehouse you see a El Camino come ripping out and nearly run you down. You dive out of the way in time, stand up, flip the kid off, then continue towards the warehouse. You hear some sort of commotion inside so you make your way cautiously to a side entrance, you glance in and see a handful of guys clad in black leather holding guns, pointed at a stack of crates. Uncertain of what you just stumbled into but courious as to why a group a guys would be staring daggers at some crates you slip into the warehouse. You quietly make your way over towards the crates, thanking the leather guys for making a ton of noise to cover your footsteps the entire way. You round the corner and come face to face with a group of four guys hiding behind the crates; Allejandro Vasquez, Lex Juliano, and Eric Nelson.
Events Unfolded
The scene starts with all the characters hiding behind a pile of crates with armed men waiting for them. Quickly, William Rhodius ducks out the back door and abandoned the strangers while Allejandro Vasquez, Lex Juliano, and Eric Nelson return fire. Chaos ensues (meaning I don’t remember the details) and both Lex Juliano and Allejandro Vasquez take bullets in the guts. Eric Nelson drops a couple guys with his trusty shotgun and the black clad group begins their retreat. Allejandro Vasquez and Eric Nelson then break for the front door while William Rhodius deals with a couple black clad that were securing the rear retreat. Lex Juliano, desiring the box one of the black clad is carrying, chases after him out the side door just in time to see Allejandro Vasquez make a one-in-a-million shot and catch the fleeing black clad in the head. Lex Juliano retrieves his family heirloom and gives Allejandro Vasquez his card while promising a favor just as police sirens pick up in the distance.
Allejandro Vasquez calls Jorge Rubin and makes haste to a near-by gas station. Excitement mounts as he sees they have an outside bathroom, only to be dashed by finding the door locked. While deciding what to do, a man steps out of the bathroom and comes face to face with a shot and bleeding Allejandro Vasquez. Allejandro Vasquez simply asks for the bathroom key, and the bewilder man shakily hands him the key and walks off. Eventually, Jorge Rubin shows up and talks Allejandro Vasquez into going to see some friends of his to get patched up.
Meanwhile, Eric Nelson calls Frank Masters and warns him away from the warehouse before returning home and getting some much needed rest. At the same time, William Rhodius road home and got some rest.

A couple hours after the initial events, Allejandro Vasquez and Jorge Rubin arrive down in Homestead. At a abandoned waste management plant Allejandro Vasquez was seen to by Renegade, a mysterious friend of Jorge Rubin. Allejandro Vasquez passed out shortly after the bullet fragments were removed.
