Elfman is in my opinion, just amazing. His music has always given Tim Burton’s films that extra something that makes them a world of their own. Full of suspense with that dark Elfman feel to it, this is a great album for horror/mystery adventures. I wouldn’t say there’s any battle tracks, but that doesn’t mean there’s a lack of action/drama here, it just has a different feel to me than battle tracks.
I could really see using this for a dark-mystery campaign, like a Call of Cthulhu game.
