A conglomerate of systems that is governed by ECHO. Most OPS planets are controlled by mega-corporations, some planets sharing land with multiple corporations. Citizens of OPS planets live life much like modern day folks, working for credits and using credits to buy what they need, nothing is provided unless bought. Since ECHO’s formation, the divide between rich and poor has gotten smaller, with provisions that the mega-corporations use more human labor than machine labor, but most common folk can barely purchase their basic necessaties.

OPS, recently coming into RAGC systems, is now easily the biggest human faction. It’s military is still smaller than The Prime but is generally better equipped. Trade relations with both The Prime and the Yar are solid, all parties having goods to trade to the others.
