What a dull day. After giving Jack an ulcer we got some wings and headed home. But apparently another Wal-Mart stop was required to make it all the way home. While I recalled we did need some new spices and some more variety food would be good, Layla started getting ‘gun’ accessories. After a few minutes of this I had to tell her to grab camping gear or this was going to look really bad to the average checker. I feel bad being a constant voice of critic. Then I apparently ticked off Jordan just wanting her to be safe indoors but that makes me mean. I suck at this stuff. I tried to fix it by designing her a sun lounge area but I couldn’t come up with a good design, now I’m embracing Layla’s idea of us against the world and designing a battlesuit, if we have to hold off the powers that be, I want to wear a tank! Thursday can’t get here fast enough. I know what it’s like to have cabin fever, I feel bad for Jordan. She hasn’t been acting the part but she’s been a prisoner for weeks now, just a new jail every day.
Only escape I seem to have found is a day in virtual fight land. I seem a little hampered in here but it’s all I got. Pulled out of virtual world by a surprise visit from Jack, he found me a girl; of course she’s missing. Murphy’s Law. He also brought guns to go in the gun cases that Layla bought. I asked a lot of questions about the missing girl but basically all I still know is she’s missing. So in rolls Thursday, yeah we have ID and can come out of the cave again. Jack’s also got a job for us. We need to steal a container from the second most notorious member of the FBI’s top ten list. But we can’t be told what the container looks like and Diego is a seriously bad dude with boys who are packing to kill and a lot of fancy magic security. Apparently our talents make those less effective but we will see how this goes.
