The 14K is one of the oldest tong organizations in the ’Verse, tracing its roots directly to the triad of the same name on Earth-That-Was that was the progenitor of all modern tongs scattered from the Central Planets to the Rim.
Decentralized during the Exodus from Earth-That-Was, the 14K Triad has been working on a centuries-long rebuilding project, slowly infiltrating independent tongs and consolidating its power.
There are 14K enclaves on Regina and Athens.
