Noir

Noir exists as the greatest settlement and fortress of the Drow. Located somewhere deep in the Underdark beneath Elfland, it is ruled by the female clergy (and specifically Camilia). The most powerful males are the Wizards/Sorcerors of the city, who secretly scheme to tip the hand in their favor (as Vulcan Silver did with his attack on Elan Gwaren), but the clergy ever remains strong.
