Marla Silvergraft : Young priestess of The Great Church in Fallcrest, tasked the adventurers with invesigating rumors of a death cult in Winterhaven

Salvana Wrafton: Wrafton’s owner and proprietor is a
female human named Salvana Wrafton. She employs several
waiters, waitresses, and cooks. Salvana is friendly and
open, quick with a smile and a warm welcome.

Eilian the Old: This old farmer is a regular customer
at Wrafton’s. Every night, Eilian takes a seat at a table in
the corner. He has a farm down in the valley along the
Old King’s Road. Eilian has an interest in Winterhaven’s
history. He is a good source for local information, and he
loves to talk.

Valthrun the Prescient: Valthrun is a sage and
scholar who lives in a tower within Winterhaven’s walls.
On occasion he shows up in Wrafton’s to socialize. Valthrun
is knowledgeable about the area

Lord Padraig: From time to time, the town’s Mayor visits Wrafton’s. All those present
doff their hats and call him Lord, He is amenable to speaking with adventurers who approach him.

Baelnar Irongull: Winterhaven Blacksmith- Alcoholic womanizer. His “side businesses” include funding expeditions to abandoned ruins or dungeons, doing favors for friends and regular customers, serving as a sort of adventurers’ pawn shop (dealing mainly with magic items and the like), and various other adventure-oriented activities. He’ll also “foot the bill” for travel expenses (food & lodging) in some occasions, usually when it’s in his best interest.

Splugg: This shifty goblin was found locked inside of a cage in Shadowfell Keep. Even with all of his begging and pleading for freedom the party was uncertain if they should trust him and go through with releasing him, after much debate he was released from his cell and while he disappeared from sight while the party was battling monsters in the next room, Splugg retured in the middle of the battle with Kalarel to give the party some additional support.
