Town characterized by presence of 3 large bridges that cross over the Tsingtao river. It is ideally placed as a hub of trade between the northern areas of Shan and the more rugged southern areas.

People of Note:

Gao Li Tong (Asn 6): Eunuch advisor to the governor. Well known patron of the arts.
Shen Min (Clr 3): Temple priestess of the 108 Immortals. Shrewd at keeping the temple doors open.
Kyo Nagi (Fit 4): Courtier from the Sagi. Oversees the town and makes sure that the tithe is delivered on schedule
