Separate the climb into reasonable breaks. I like to break a climb between landings up into fourths.
Each character rolls a climbing roll, they can use 1/2 coordination if they do not have climbing skill.
If a team is climbing together they can learn from the leader.
Based on the previous skill roll the person following gains a bonus to their climbing roll.
previous roll an easy +5% on next roll
previous roll is a normal +10% on next roll
previous roll is a difficult +20% on next roll
previous roll is a very difficult +30% on next roll
previous roll is a very very difficult +40% on next roll
