Teliria
The Kingdom of Teliria is a powerful state in northwestern Tagarin. In 4922, the city founded the Telirian League in an effort to organize a coalition to contain the expansionist Parnathic Empire.
The Kingdom occupies a highly fertile swath of coastal plains, and its major cities are Telirium and Tragoran.
