The windswept island of Farhuin lies approximately halfway between the north coast of the Northmarch and the Elven mainland of Anhuin. Here the High Elves that call themselves the Daanan Sidhe operate three overcrowded camps filled with refugees fleeing the tyranny of the Dragon Cult.
Athelwood – This quaint logging village lies on the fringes of the Savernake Forest. It is known for its substantial Elven and Half-Elven population. Other than the logging operations, the Dragon Cult has largely ignored this area. Athelwood is renowned for its rangers, and the high quality of its inns and taverns which serve the plentiful game meats brought in every day by those rangers. The rangers are also kept busy by the occasional orc and hobgoblin attack.
Timeline of the Seventh Age
1 SA – The god Silvanus appears in Merovia and mortally wounds the ancient dragon Braxuiel. Legends say that the blood from the dragon’s wounds saturated the ground and within a few decades the great forest that would become known as The Roguewood grew from that spot.
