A three story brick building across the street from Oregon State University in downtown Corvallis Oregon. Inside is a tavern largely catering to students and hippies and is run by the man who lives upstairs. A typical tavern, it offers a dinner menu and a large list of appetizers and of course, lots of alcohol. The Hopping Toad is also the starting point for the story of what happens after The Change.
