Our party begins by taking the Armor of the Void to the Empyrean Citadel. Upon arrival, the Empyreus Maximus, Raji the Brooding, wants to finish the training for our duo. Foregoing all enchanted items, clothing, and comforts, they embark on 4 weeks of honing their skills. From martial and athletic skills, to skills of interogation and investigation, our duo is forged in the fires of the Empyrean Wardens. At the end, they master the posture of strength, judgement, perseverance, and justice. They then return to Telfas and the Mysterium to investigate the whereabouts of Janis, the murder of Umtar the Keeper. With wise actions, they find that Janis stole the Arconis skyship from Captain Ory and went to Stygia to the city of Set.

Upon arrival in Set, our duo sees all manner of sacrifice, slavery, and wickedness. Infiltrating the Temple of Set-Amen, our duo use various magics to Obfuscate the truth of themselves and fool Ni-Kali the elder Mage, and Emperor Torak. They are granted permission to enter the catacombs, and look for Janis at the Temple of Somatar.

Underground they take the Shahi-Ra mercenaries, and overcome the diabolical devil spiders as they mauraud through the army. Finally, they reach the mythical magical Null where all magics die. They skirt through it, bypassing the black masoleum of Somatar, and assault Janis at the Temple of Somatar. Janis first tries to recruit the duo, then resorts to trickery before finally revealing his vast army of zombies. Our duo, along with Suella and 3 Shahi-Ra infiltrate the Temple and find Janis within. Sen-Jan is about to pull off an ambush when Richord breaks silence. A slight skirmish ensues as Janis blasts each and every one of the party members but Sen-Jan obliterates Janis in a blaze of Celestial Fires.

Our party returns to Telfas who then gives them the secret location of the lost tower. what mysteries lay there?
