This is the so-called “White Vory” family in Mars City. White Vory are the Vory who left Russia rather than cut deals with the oligarchs, and established themselves in Europe and the UCAS. They control turf southwest of the street gangs, and are slightly weaker than the “Red Vory” on Mars.
