The story begins with Operation Man O’ War finally finishing building itself in an underground bunker in Germany.
As it turns on the one and only Fuuten appears in front of him.
He walks up and says " I have been waiting on you."
(Man O’ War talks like the assasin droid from Star Wars)
(When I say he talks like the assasin droid I mean he says Statement: or Query: before saying something)
Man O’ War asks who he is and Fuuten starts his crazy talk in front of him and finally Fuuten suddenly and out of no wear teleports him away and into downtown Berlin.
At this same moment Freda busts out of a mystical portal and punches a bus into the sky.
She then precedes to murder a bunch of people.

As this rampage is going on a superhero from Berlin (who everyone takes to calling Zoro because he looks vaguely familiar to Zoro) comes on to the scene and this obviously new superhero tries to talk the massive bear out of killing everyone.
The bear continues to kill people, while completely ignoring the man flying around by her ear.
Finally Zoro says " Please stop or I will have to fight you."
The bear doesn’t fight so they get into a fight.
Both get nearly all their health taken away. Near the end of the fight Freda knocks Zoro out of sight.
Freda then continues to destroy stuff. Even going so far as to jump up and pull a police helicopter out of the sky and throw it into the police line.
While all of this is going on Man O’ War is hanging out on a building top taking shots at Zoro but decides after maybe thirty second that it is a waste of his time and decides to rob a bank.
So, he(if a robot is a he) goes into a bank makes the teller hand over the money and then grabs a woman and bashes her face into the ground killing her.
He take as much money as he can carry and leaves back to his bunker.
Ok, he leaves and Zoro comes back to try to finish off Freda. They get one more epic swing at each other and Zoro goes down.
Freda decides she is in no shape to continue the fight and flees the city.
She turns into her human form and takes up a journalist position in the city newspaper. That is how Zoro becomes known as Zoro.
Man o’ War’s Bank heist success spurs him to go on a crime spree. He robs banks all across Germany
Finally, he goes to the biggest bank in the country and robs them. As he is leaving he meets the German hero Blitzkreig who is a member of the superhero team of the European Union.
Blitzkreig and Man O’ War fight with Man O’ War brutally murdering him.
he escapes with all his money and returns to his bunker…
Or so he thought!
Actually, he lost the battle with Blitzkreig and Blitzkreig made Man O’ War think he beat Blitzkreig
So, Man O’ War is sitting in prison thinking about everything that it has done since it activated and thinks about the strange man who he met as soon as he turned on. At that though, Fuuten chimes in with " I know your thinking about me."
Fuuten teleports into the room and destroys the whole wall behind Man O’ War leaving the shackles and everything intact but destroying tons of cement and steel. He then proceeds to tell Man O’ War that he owes him one.
While this is going on Freda decides that she want to destroy the European team.
She enlists her nephew Loki to assist in creating a supervillain team to destroy them.
Man O’ War volunteers his bunker as a meeting place. The take it up there and meet on the date.
The people assembled are as follows: A model, Man O’ War, Freda, Titania, Orka, Kangaroo, Hyperion, Doctor Spectrum, Whizzer, Skylark, Nighthawk, and Power Princess.
