Bowler
Bowler is the district that comprises the industrial core of Newtown, the heart of the geothermal plant upon which the city was founded. Surrounding the machinery is a warren of tunnels, corridors, ventilation shafts and storage chambers that have become the abode of many of the poorer residents of Newtown, as well as fugitives from the law. The Newtown Militia rarely set foot in Bowler, but order is maintained in this district by the mysterious Kathos. There are many routes from upper Newtown that lead to Bowler, and through it one can reach the Chokes.
