Hob
The Hob is the district of Newtown that visitors first come to when they cross the bridge, and is composed of some of the largest open areas in the city, often rising to a height of a dozen floors or more, as well as numerous side streets. There is a vibrant market selling wares from across the Splinterzone, and all manner of beings can be encountered here amidst the lights, noise, smells and bustle of the beating heart of the city.
