The party was hired to help protect Lord Algen who was hunting a murderous wild Bear. They encountered some monstrous spiders with Ettercaps the first day in the woods. After camping and healing up the strength and dexterity damage, they were (poorly) ambushed by some goblins in training. Allowing some of the goblins to escape made for a perfect opportunity to track them back to their base which led onto private property of a neighboring Lord. After appeasing him by bargaining and giving the meat from their hunt they were able to find more goblin tracks, some dire badger tracks, and tracks of a large brown bear. During the final battle, a goblin druid showed up to aid the enemy. In the end, Lord Algen vowed to never hunt again.
