It is likewise massive in area, covering approximately 50,000 square miles. The city is made up of one hundred twenty-seven distinct districts, sometimes called the Haven Towns. Save the residential districts, they are named for their function — Port Town, University Town, Steeltown, Medic Station, the Finance and Government District. Residential districts tend to be name for common flora (Magnolia, Ivytown), their residents (Labor Town), or their founder (Braden Heights). With the exception of Magnolia, the residential districts are significantly smaller than the functional towns, though people also live in eighteen of the nineteen industry districts. (Zone laws prohibit people from living in Coaltown due to the quality of the air.)
