Villain known to be a member of the California Republic.
When asked why he is called Magnus, the informant replied, “He says that the voice told him to call himself that…”
He was working for Doctor Apocalypse in his attempt to take over California. He was captured with the rest of his team by the members of the Eclipse on Apocalypse’s island. Delivered with other captives to an aircraft carrier, he escaped with the assistance of the Countess and is currently at large.
His super-powered suit was taken from him during a battle with the Eclipse and it is currently being worn by the hero Flower Power
