Bullet-Proof: Armor can be magically enhanced to become bullet-proof. In such a case, it will add it's value against fire-arm attacks. Purchasing a bullet-proof enchanted armor will cost 300% of the armor's value, and is not available on the public market. A bullet proof vest is cheaper, and easier to obtain, but still illegal. A Bullet-proof vest only provides an Armor bonus against fire-arm attacks, but can be worn under other armor.
