Greetings Players! I would like to play this friday, unless myself and cory are called into early service at Paturel for Saturday at which case I will send all of you an email from this site. Be sure to read this post to get up to date on where we left off. We will begin by entering the Dead Tree ruins in search of the Book of Skelos and the tracking down of the wizard circle Medusa and the Beholder!

As the Pc finished up with the trolls the Guardian Ranger Balthus emerged from the forest to have words with the CDC. He told them of the northmen that had entered the forest one week ago. They where lead by a Medusa Necromancer as well as a beholder and they entered the ruins haunted by the vampiric ghost of Eli but had not returned. Balthus then communed with nature and found that a dark robed man had been camped outside the outskirts of the ruins for about a week as well.
When the CDC reached the outskirts of the ruins they where surprised to discover the dark man was Sarzec! Sarzec informed the PC that the group had gone into the ruins to retrieve the Book of Skelos which told of the old ones, the original gods that sleep. He told the CDC that the current gods where once mortal and through mortal means achieved a type of godhood.
The CDC then arrived at the ruins after semi-agreeing to get the book of Skelos, and fought and killed Eli again!
Will the CDC get the book for Sarzec and recieve 2 warships and a merchant ship in return? Do they trust the Lich enough? In any case they must prevent Gillgabeebee and Shelligan from obtaining the ultra powerful Book of Skelos
