House
A house is a place that you live. It can also be a place that a tight-nit group of people live in communally. Each external supplement has a different name for the core concept. Some of these names include Havens, Safe House and Sanctum.
A house can have many different attributes assigned to it. These attributes are:
Size
Security
Materials
Amenities (1)
Workshop (1)
Laboratory (1,2)
Cache (3)
Secrecy (3)
Library (4)
While there may be more attributes that can be assigned to a house, these are the most obvious. Werewolf territory options will be allowed, but modified somewhat, if the communal group features a werewolf.
(1) This merit is originally a changeling merit for their dwelling. It can be adapted for more mundane uses, or alternatively uses by other supernaturals.
(2) This merit represents a mundane, science-focused laboratory. It can be purchased twice, once for mundane library and once for alchemical library. To combine the two laboratories into a single lab both laboratories need to have the same dot rating. You then collapse them into a single merit worth 50% more, to a max of 4 dots. From that point on you can increase Laboratory normally, with it affecting both mundane science and alchemical concerns.
(3) These merits are originally for Hunter safe-houses, but there is no reason they can not apply to other supernaturals or mortals.
(4) Originally intended for Mages. Can easily represent a more mundane library, or a library assembled by other supernaturals without difficulty.
