Former Smuggler and friend of Javier’s now a contract pilot for wealthy tourists in the Caribbean, available as a pilot for a modest fee. Will be Javier’s instructor while he gets his pilot’s license. He is very discreet and professional maintaining his airplane and helicopter in really good condition. Mostly operates out of St. Thomas, licensed to fly turboprops, helicopters, and jet aircraft.
