Story Considerations
The Xavier School For Gifted Youngsters was founded in 2004. The school was built by Professor Charles Xavier on his parents estate which he had recently inherited. With the assistance of long time companion and friend Eric Lehnsherr, Xavier began the institute as a safe haven for teenagers being harassed in public school systems due to the presence of a mutant trait.

Initially with just two instructors and 8 students, the school now has a full staff and approximately 50 students. The school features a wide variety of students from a diverse cultural background. The campus has an open door policy for any mutant seeking an education.
