NPC Anjileer Chief Modak
Anjileer Chief Modak is a religious figure of the Cariet people. He follows the Cariet rules but not at the expense of his faith. He believe strongly in something he calls the Power.
Modak has been reassigned from holy duty in Cariet to be being in charge of the engineering section on board the Photaegrin. He is in complete control over the holy Power the ship needs and will not let anyone tell him otherwise.
He revels in his control over religious followers. His ego needs to be constantly fed or Modak will cause trouble for others.
He is not fond of Lead Ship Symous, whom he thinks does not believe in the Power.
Modak was encountered during Chapter 7: “Spears and Zero-G” and Chapter 8: “The Heart of Brightness”
