The Cult of the Dragon

Members of the Dragon cult worship an entity variously called Threcta or Thoron, known as the Grey Dragon. Threcta is the female aspect, concerned with protection. Thoron (the male) is concerned with destruction.

There is a fairly large overlap between members of the Cult and members of the Talon, but each group has members who do not participate in the other.
