David Williams

The leader of the military and security forces of Brisca. He is a tough but fair man only interested in the protection and security for Brisca from threats. In the administration of justice and the rule of law he is fair willing to take both sides of the argument before arresting anyone. He has been known to let everyone go if he thinks everyone got what they deserved and that nothing more needed to be done.

He is a decent tactician and combatant and understands very well how to use both magical and conventional forces together. As a battle mangus from the Dewmer and the Federation of Magic he is very familiar with that style of combat. Its rumored he served in the Tolkeen war but he refuses to talk about it. Right now he is trying to bolster the towns defenses and get the city ready for a possible assault.

He has a verity of weapons such as Techno Wizard or conventional at his disposal and he uses them with a masterful proficiency. He had personally trained over half of the security forces and over 75% of the militia. They all work together well with a common focus and guidance. One of his most famous sayings is, “During war only one hand can guide a sword. More than one you will lose as your army stands divided.” Said on the floor of the assembly with that he managed to get complete control of the security forces and the militia. So far he has guided them with justice and grace.
