Beyond the Rainbow

At the beginning of the campaign, all personal items (other than Cybertech) of PL7 and below listed in the PHB are available for the Heroes to purchase as part of their starting goods or to have resequenced for them out of their allocated energy.

As the campaign progresses, additional PL7 (and possibly PL8 [or even 9]) items can be added to the memory banks of the matter converter.
