2031 – Rapid Global ecological changes cause most of Eurasia and North America North of 40 degrees, and South America south of 40 degrees to ice over. Millions die. Europeans and North Americans only survive by implementing massive construction of nuclear power and implementing greenhouse agriculture on a massive scale. 2052 – Russia and USA establish first colony on Mars

2060 – Massive storms and tradewinds begin in temperate zones as polar regions expand and cool, and the tropical zones heat.

2071 – Tropical zones begin growing noticeably hotter and more arid. Couple with increased polar ice, temperate zones begin to shrink

2072 – First human cloned.

2074 – Ceres mining colony established

2087-2093 – 1st Solar War over mining rights in asteroid belts (Inconclusive Results)

2227 – Scientists posit that using Terran power sources coupled with drive technology found in Rhodens Voraris that a breakthrough in space flight technology could be forthcoming.

2235 – Venus to Mars stardrive testing initiated.

2246 – First manned stardrive mission, Earth to Pluto.

2274 – Wildfires break out across African tropical zones, leaving much of Africa as an arid desert

2279 – Worldwide ecological collapse. Brazilian, Central American, and Southeast Asian rainforests succumb to fires. Polar winds coupled with decreased oceanic current flow leaves polar zone frozen year round, tropics arid and hot, with very little temperate zone. Lack of forests precludes proper oxygenization of atmosphere. Only oceanic ecosystems thrive under the changed conditions.
