Tree in the Road
A giant tree which has somehow managed to grow up in the literal MIDDLE of a crossroads. There is an exit from a goblin settlement under the tree.
The tree, judging by size, is very old; easily older than the oldest human. Judging by the surroundings, however, the tree is a recent addition to the roads.
