Hulum is the northwestern-most region of Eqtis, bordering Lijden and the Tolston Collective. Hulum is a major region, containing several large countries—specifically, Lower Hulum, the Republic of Kuniko, and the Xin Xing Territories. Due to the curious nature of the Stratoscape, the floating region in the sky that contains Kuniko and Xin Xing, much of the population of Eqtis mistakenly considers the entire region a united but savage country. Only the most educated know the truth about Hulum.
