Fighting
Every warrior needs to know how to fight. By itself, this skill might just mean you’ve been in a scrape or three. With stunts, you may have the sort of training that marks you as part of the emerging military aristocracy of this new heroic age.
- Overcome: You won’t use Fighting to overcome obstacles very often, but you might use it on occasion to demonstrate your skill.
- Create an Advantage: You can generally use Fighting in a physical conflict to create advantages for yourself. Superior footwork, feinting, disarming your opponent, or using dirty tricks would all be advantages created with Fighting. You could use Fighting to assess your opponent’s skill and style as a fighter or to find weaknesses in his technique.
- Attack: Fighting is the skill you will use most often to attack your opponent in a physical conflict. (See also Arms & Armor)
- Defend: You will most often use Fighting to defend yourself against attacks made with Fighting. (See also Arms & Armor)
