Benefit: When you sell anything with a base cost over 100gp, you may make a Bluff, Diplomacy, or Streetwise check to sell it for one fifth it’s base price, rather than one tenth as normal. Check DC is at the DM’s discretion.
The industry of Silverheim is sold to the world by way of its vast network of shipping companies and sailors’ guilds. Sailors of many races have found gainful employ with the Dwarves, and honest their skills sailing around the continent.
Benefit: You gain a +3 bonus to knowledge skill checks involving sailing or the sea. You may assist with such skill checks as if you were trained in the relevant skill, even if you are not.
