Benefit: Choose Fire, Cold, Lightning, or Necrotic damage. When you use an implement power that deals damage, you may have the power deal damage of the chosen type in addition to its normal type.
League Trouble Shooter
The Trader’s League houses employ singular individuals from all walks of life as trouble shooters. Weather they specialize in security, or assassination, each of these experts learns techniques provide a limited amount of protection against elemental forces.
Benefit: You gain resistance 1 to Fire, Cold, Lightning, Poison, and Necrotic damage, or add one to any existing resistances.
