Red Lantern Inn – A cathouse on the south side of town, run by Inra, an older Half-Elven madam. 

The Red Lantern is a dual operation.  The front room is a traditional tavern and cathouse, with gambling, drinking, some eating, and whoring, at a range of prices.  There are some drugs, but nothing overt.  The clientele are mostly sergeants, miners, locals, and travelers. 

The upstairs is a much cleaner establishment, charging good money for a range of discreet indiscretions.  The upstairs clientele are mostly officers in the Army, local businessmen, and occasional traveling merchants.
