By channeling a dragon's blessing, Dulin can use this piece of Daudhir to transform herself to unleash her draconic heritage. To use, she must spend an Action Point. She immediately gains all the benefits of the Half-Dragon template (Blue). This effect lasts for one encounter (or 5 minutes.) It may also afford extra protections against Daudhir herself.

There may be a way to channel more of the power to make the effect last longer.
