Attributes

Attributes will be based on the standard point buy system in the PHB.

Equipment

Players begin play with the standard amount of money, but the Shields will provide them with any mundane equipment (rations, torches, tents, etc) that they need. As such, most money will be spend on weapons and armor, or specialized gear.

I will grant each PC one magic item of level 1 or 2 to start.
