This walled town is the largest in the Eilthir Vale. The center of trade and politics, the city sits on a large hill that looks over the confluence of the Meirle River and the Domhan River. The town’s central keep (the actual Keir, the Eilic word for castle) serves as a garrison for the largest Vold force in the valley, and includes the 8th Warforged Socii, the elite soldiers of the Compulsor. Keir Treasa is split into six neighborhoods within the town’s walls, and four without. The in-wall neighborhoods are High Keir, Nightshade, Tradestown, Riverside, The Villas, and Northgate. The outer-wall neighborhoods are the East Outs, Damside, and the Greenfields. There are three temples in Keir Treasa: one dedicated to Pelor, another dedicated to Erathis, and the last dedicated to Avandra. There are also numerous shrines to other deities, including a picturesque grotto holy to Melora just beyond the East Outs sections of the outer city.
