A gang member in the Halloweeners.

Spartan got his name by sporting a bright red mohawk, reminiscent of the crested helms of ancient Spartan soldiers. He is an 19 year old man, with a tattoo of a spider hanging from a web that drops down from behind his right ear.

Biography:
Spartan was a lowly ganger in the Halloweeners who was “assigned” to keep an eye on Rook after they gave him protection on their turf. Rook had little trouble identifying him as a tail, and decided to put it to use. When Rook started uncovering dirt on the corporations that the Halloweeners hate so much, he began passing it on to Spartan. The information helped Spartan rise in status to become a lieutenant in the gang, and that in turn earned Rook a fast friend.

Spartan is the only one who knows both Rook’s true identity and where his doss is located in Van Asselt.
