The former citizens of Genbu or those who ally themselves with what stand of the former nation belong to this clan. Founded by the Baihu monks after the fall of Genbu, they now serve as a stand-in government for the troubled nation. Not all Baihu are technically air users, but alot still are.

They are named after Baihu, the tiger god. One of the 4 guardian beasts, Baihu represents are, and the continent of Genbu.
