Serpent's Skull in Eberron

Worried

Love is an oddity. I guess I have never felt passion for a person that would drive me beyond good sense like it has Joffa. While we have been on this isle I have watched his relationship with Sasha develop and heard him speak of and to her. I am confused because up until she went missing I was under the impression that he thought of her more as a possession than a companion; she was a conquest. Now I dont know since he has engaged in this fevered quest to find her, that is not something I think a person would do for a mere possession.

Which leads me to my worried state. The entire group has followed him in his frantic efforts to find her and we have taken many risks, from ignoring the dangers of traps to fatigue and exhaustion. We are in a situation where we are effectively blind tactically, we have not formulated a strategy for what we are doing. The natives hold almost all the advantages normally and we are giving away the few we hold by how we are proceeding. We are going to have to take some time to formulate a plan and Joffa needs to be onboard with that. Should he continue in his reckless abandon it is likely to end in tears. I pray The Light that he controls himself soon. I respect him, but he is endangering us all in this head-long rush.
