Wir, the 4th of Vult

Early in the day, on Wir, the 4th of Vult, the group of adventurers see the ruins of TAZION ahead of them.

From their high vantage point, they can see the walls of the ruined city as a rough oval shape overgrown with trees and parts of it flooded with water. Dadak wildshapes into a hawk and flies over the city returning with the news of several large ruins within Tazion and several places where the wall has fallen. The group decides to enter through one of the southern holes in the wall. Entering first, Kreshton avoids a net trap. The group hides in waiting for the net trap to be reset and several monkey men, similar to the ones they had encountered a month back, arrive. Kreshton steps forward to challenge them and is immediately attacked. The rest of the group arrives to join battle and quickly overcome them.

Once again, the group hides except for Kreshton, who standing over the bodies of the slain monkey men, calls out to others nearby. A trio of monkey men arrive and begin shouting. N’Ketchi begins to translate their speech and steps forward. Pol also comes out from hiding and suggests that they talk to their leader about letting the group in. One monkey man says that he will discuss it with his leader, but until then, the group must withdraw. They will have an answer by midnight.

The group withdraws from the walls of Tazion and make camp. At midnight, the group moves towards the breach in the wall and their meeting with the monkey men. The monkey men leader has refused to allow the group into his domain.
