Tarkantus is a Human Psion of unknown heritage. Little is known of him, save that he seems to serve someone he calls “The Lady” and the powers of the Far Realm. He was stopped from opening a rift to the Far Realm by the Fire Wasps on their first adventure, but he was able to escape before they captured or slew him. No doubt their paths will cross again.
